Jerry Shafer: Operations Manager
Jerry comes to The Shafer Team with a vast array of talents. His degree in Engineering and Design Technology and his strong residential and commercial building background has provided Jerry with a thorough knowledge of every aspect of a home’s “bone structure”. Jerry’s grasp of how a home is put together makes him a great asset to his Buyer clients.
Jerry is also a builder. As the owner of EnVision Home Builders, LLC, Jerry builds custom homes. And as a “perfectionist” – they are perfectly built!
As Operations Manager, Jerry makes sure the Team runs smoothly. Jerry facilitates weekly Team meetings to ensure that everyone on the Team is doing everything they can to meet our clients’ highest expectations. Jerry is a great Team coach, leader, and encourager. Jerry is never satisfied with “satisfied” clients. His goal for The Shafer Team is to create RAVING FANS – and clients for life!

Eric Panknin: Lead Buyer Specialist
The Shafer Team is thrilled to be working with Eric. Already familiar with the “Team” concept, Eric has a wealth of experience working with Buyers. Eric has his ABR and GRI designations, making him a true expert in his field. Eric’s focus is to follow up on all our listing leads, web leads and show homes on a daily basis. Eric also follows up on our yard sign automated line to quickly answer prospective buyers’ questions and offer to show them the property.

Sabrina is behind the scenes handling all the day-to-day details from listing to closing, making sure everything runs smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks.
If you’re buying a home, Sabrina will be helping to coordinate the home inspection, final walk-through, and the all-important closing date.
